Fully welded ball valve bodies are made of forged parts with no mechanical body joints. This has advantages over other ball valves as it reduces potential external leakage. In addition, fully welded ball valves remain an economical solution compared to other valve types due to their robust nature, reduced maintenance requirements, and longer lifespan.
Seat designs are available in Self Relieving, double piston effect, or Double Isolation and Bleed (DIB) – DIB-1, DIB-2
