These valves offer high performance and reliability, primarily in the Oil and Gas pipelines industry, and are fully compliant with API 6D. Through Conduit Slab Gate Valves excel in critical applications with high pressures, high temperatures, and applications containing solids, like sandy service.
Through Conduit Slab Gate Valves can be manufactured with hard-faced sealing surfaces using Tungsten Carbide Coating (TCC). This coating ensures superior performance and a longer lifespan than other valve types used in these applications. The top entry design means the valve body does not need to be removed from the line, allowing easier maintenance. Double block and bleed design is standard for OG Through Conduit Slab Gate Valves. These valves can also be utilised in buried service applications with optional stem extensions.
