Maximum Flow Rate Low Friction Design

OG DBB & DIB Gate Valves are DBB – Double Block & Bleed and DIB-1 – Double Isolation & Bleed Valves, expertly designed by our manufacturing engineers with in-depth understanding from decades of servicing & repairing of traditional DBB Valves and modifying standard valves to DBB type.

With corrosion and chemical additives being one of the main causes of failure within traditional DBB valve design, our internal trim is manufactured with Stainless Steel RPTFE soft seats as standard, with alternative materials also available.

The spring-loaded disc design ensures low friction operation during opening and closing, thus increasing the life span of the valves and ensuring lower torque for automation – Smaller actuators than traditional DBB valves.

Full Bore design allows maximum flow rate over traditional reduced bore DBB valves and the in-line Pigable feature.

The design allows for easy in-situ seat replacement and repair. DBB Valves are equipped with lifting gear that eliminates the need for costly lifting operations.
